Tenants: Having a property management company look after the rental house or apartment in which you live will add to your peace of mind and you can rest assured knowing we have a policy in place for most problems that will arise. You will have access to friendly and capable staff that can answer any questions or concerns that you might have. We keep records of all rent payments, security deposits, and move in/move out dates. In the event of an emergency, we have a 24 hour emergency line.
As property managers we believe that rental units should be clean and livable. The better managed a rental property is, the happier everyone is. If a tenant is proud of the property that they are renting, they will usually take good care of it . Property owners make more money when they have good tenants that feel well taken care of. Tenant turn over can be quite costly at times, so we do our best to minimize this by to getting all the rental houses or apartments that we manage to be safe and clean. We don't always have a large budget to work with, but we can usually get a rental unit into shape for a very reasonable cost to the owner of the property. We have two very different types of clients (Landlords and Tenants), that sometimes have different opinions as to what a dwelling requires in order to be "livable". We strive to make everyone happy and although this is a lofty goal, we usually attain it.
